Hi my name is Robert Benedict. I am from a small town North of Orlando called Mount Dora.  I am studying Horticulture Science and this is my third year.

 Our goal is to test 2 different organic fertilizers and see which one is more effective.  We will compare yields of two sets of crops.  The crops that we will be growing are

Lettuce Romaine, Kale ,Red Choi , Swiss Chard

We have started growing transplants in the green house and we will move them to the field in another week or two.  The plot was tilled last week so next week we plan on making rows.
